Shipping - Flat Fee Offer
Are Credit Card Transactions requested by Canuck Sports Stuff ( Toronto ) Inc. from you for which a Sales Slip bearing your signature and a Credit Card imprint cannot be completed. Remote Transactions include, but are not limited to, mail orders, telephone orders, pre-authorized orders and Electronic Commerce. Canuck Sports Stuff ( Toronto ) Inc. will invoice and debit your order(s) prior to shipping.
Your order(s) will be shipped when a sales slip is successfully issued – confirming approval of the debit from your credit card company. You will receive a Customer Copy of the sales slip along with a copy of the invoice with your order. We will not ship any order/products for which a Remote Transaction is required but does not produce a successful Sales Slip.
Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been released to the warehouse for processing and/or completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please call us at 1-800-968-9306 to request the status of your order.
Cancellation or Changes to Uniform Orders
Orders for Uniforms or any product requiring printing, embroidery or personalization will be processed after being received by Canuck Sports Stuff ( Toronto ) Inc. It is your responsibility to fax, email or call in cancellation to your order, during business hours, before the product is printed or personalized.
Canuck Sports Stuff ( Toronto ) Inc. stands by its products and expects nothing less than perfection. If you have received a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear in the material), please contact us immediately at 1-800-968-9306 so that we can assist you with our simple returns/exchange process.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition. All returns should include your original packlist indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return. An exchange or return can be made for unwashed/unworn and originally packaged merchandise.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for lost packages. Returns received without the original packlist will not be processed. We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Once received, your refund will take 7 business days to process. Credit card companies vary in the time in takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
All exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition. All exchanges should include copy of your original receipt or online order packlist. Please circle the item you wish to exchange and include a note explaining exactly what you need in exchange. Customer is responsible for bringing or sending the shoes back to our store, and any related charges to get the shoes to our store. Canuckstuff will cover any shipping fee (for a standard delivery exchange for regular priced merchandise), back to the customer. However, for clearance priced items or for exchanges shipped from remote areas, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees both ways. Once received, your exchange will take 7 business days to process.
Return without a Receipt
You/we must verify the date the product(s) was bought and the reason for the return. Canuck Sports Stuff ( Toronto ) Inc. retains the right to process the return if timing exceeds manufacturer's warranty or date of purchase cannot be verified. You will be required to provide government issued picture ID and provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
Refunds approved on Remote Transactions will not include shipping costs and applicable taxes on shipping.
